PROPERTY TAX INFORMATION

​All payments received at the town hall or postmarked by December 31, 2023 will have a payment/receipt dated in 2023. 
If you wish to receive a paper receipt, please send a STAMPED, SELF-ADDRESSED ENVELOPE with your payment. Receipts may take 2-3 weeks to be returned.

The Treasurer will be Accepting In-Person payments during town hall open hours (Mondays, Noon to 4 pm & Wednesdays, 9 am to Noon),
and also during additional days/times as follows:
December 23, 10 am - 2 pm
December 31, 10 am - 2 pm
​January 31, 9 am - 2 pm

If sending in your payment, please include your phone number on your check in case there is a question about your payment.

The postmark on your envelope will be used to determine the day of payment.

If you would like a paper copy of your receipt, please enclose a stamped self-addressed envelope with your payment.

Refund checks for overpayment of taxes will be approved and mailed after the next meeting of the Town Board. No refunds are issued for $1.00 or less.

To find Tax Bills:

Go to -  https://www.co.winnebago.wi.us/treasurer

1. Choose property information on the left hand side.
2. Click where is says ‘click here’ for current year information.
3. Choose Town of Omro in the municipality field and enter the last part of your parcel number under parcel ID.  (This is the number after the 016).  Click find now.

Note:  If you don’t know your parcel number you can also search by name or address.

1. Once you see the parcel you are looking for, click on the parcel number written in red to bring you to the next link.
2. This page will let you look at different things for the parcel you looked up.  Use the drop down arrow and choose taxes.
3. You will now be able to print tax bills from the last few years.
